The young man that cleans the cars as part of the service did a great job getting a sticky sap like substance from the berries of a Holly Tree off the paint that I was afraid would ruin the paint. He had a magic sauce that got it off and the finish is as good as new. Everything else was great and very efficient. The facility is spotless. Last week I went to Ray Catena Lexus for Monmouth for a regular service change. My service representative, Mindy Fusco, informed me that there was a recall on the low pressure fuel pump. I told her that could not wait as I had an important meeting to attend. Mindy then said she would get me a last minute loner as she did not want me to drive on the parkway with the problem. I got the loner and went to the meeting. The dedication and caring that Mindy displayed is a testament to the Ray Catena team.

This was a great experience! Staff was courteous and had a genuine concern to give us the best service they had available. We were totally at ease about the whole process.

This last week of October, I came back for a bubble in one of my tires. Called in the same day and I was accommodated. Brian was very helpful and got me a loaner car until my vehicle is available.
